                  Day - 15: “Om Shri Sai Amarthyaaya Namaha”. 

Meaning: 

Humble salutation to the one who is deathless (Immortal). 

Meditation: 

When the universe comes to an end, only Brahmam is there. Our scriptures say Brahmam Creates, Maintains, Ends, Absorbs (conceals) and again Creates. While the cycle goes on Brahmam alone continues which makes Him without beginning or end. We call Brahmam “Amarthyaaya.”
 

In the vast Universe, our earth with its all mountains, Oceans Rivers and land is smaller than a particle of dust! And what a great Being the Brahmam is, who manifests this Universe just from His Mind! Beginning and end are created by the One who has no beginning or end.
 

Baba the swaroop of Brahmam left His body on a Tuesday the day he chose to leave. On Wednesday morning He appeared in the dreams of two of His devotees.
 

He appeared to Laxman Mama Joshi in his dream and drawing him by his hand Baba said, “Get up soon, Bapu Saheb thinks that I am dead and so  he won’t come, you do the worship and the Kakad ( Morning ), Aarti!”.Laxman Mama was the village astrologer and the maternal uncle of Shama. (Shri Sai Satcharita Ch: 43&44).
 

He also appeared in on 16th October to Das Ganu at Pandharpur in his dream and said to him, “The Masjid collapsed; all the Oilmen and the Grocers of Shirdi harassed Me a lot, so I leave the place. I, therefore, came to inform here. Go there quickly and cover Me with ‘Bakkal’ Flowers!” Gas Ganu reached Shirdi with his disciples and placed the Garland He wove on Baba’s Samadhi.( Shri Sai Satcharita Ch:42).
 

Baba has in His own words confirmed that He will live forever in the hearts of His devotees. He said,” He, who loves Me most, always sees Me. The whole world is desolate to him without Me, he who tells no stories but Mine; he ceaselessly meditates upon Me and always chants My name. I feel indebted to him who surrenders himself completely to Me, and ever remembers Me. I shall repay his debt by giving him salvation (self realization). I am dependent on him, who thinks and hungers after Me and who does not eat anything without first offering to Me. He, who thus comes to Me, becomes one with Me, just as a river gets to the sea and becomes merged (one) with it. So, leaving out pride and egoism and with no trace of them, you should surrender yourself to Me, Who is seated in your heart”.
 

Baba also said “You need not go far in search of Me. Barring your name and form, there exists in you as well as in all beings, a sense of Being or Consciousness of Existence. That is Myself. Knowing this, you see Me inside yourself, as well as in all beings. If you practice this you will realize all pervasiveness, and thus attain oneness with Me”. 

Shedding of the Body does not mean anything for the one who is Amarthyaaya. Baba Lives. He is Amarthyaaya.
